Freeport Report 5.9.5

The Freeport Report is a valuable platform designed to facilitate the reporting of various municipal issues within our city. Residents are encouraged to identify and report concerns such as potholes, litter, safety hazards, building code violations, and general city management issues directly to the Grand Bahama Port Authority.

Users can easily mark the location of the problem on an interactive map, answer a few pertinent questions to provide context, and attach relevant photographs whenever possible. Additionally, the platform allows for community engagement, enabling users to comment on reports submitted by others.

Once an issue is reported, the appropriate department will be notified swiftly, ensuring that necessary actions are taken to address the concern in a timely manner. Users will receive updates on the progress of their submissions until the matter is resolved.

In instances where legal intervention, resource procurement, or other constraints may be necessary, users will be duly informed of the appropriate steps to take.
